To process and ship your order, provide support, handle returns and warranty claims, prevent fraud, and — only if you opt in — send occasional emails about back-pain tips and product updates. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click.

Only the service providers that make an order possible: our payment processor, our fulfillment partner in our US fulfillment partner, shipping carriers, and our email and analytics providers. Each is bound to use your data only to perform that service. We never sell or rent personal information.

We use essential cookies to remember your cart and bundle selection, plus analytics cookies to understand which pages help people decide. Blocking analytics cookies in your browser won't break checkout.

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. US residents — including California residents exercising CCPA/CPRA rights — can email support@seeravie.com. We respond within 30 days. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

The site runs over TLS and access to order data is limited to staff who need it. We keep order records for seven years to meet US tax and warranty obligations, and delete marketing data on request.
