Free shipping, sent the same day

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico typically add 2–4 business days. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Every order is picked, packed and quality-checked by hand. Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3pm ET ship that day; orders placed later, on weekends or on US federal holidays ship the next business day.

You'll get two emails: an order confirmation immediately, and a tracking link as soon as the carrier scans your parcel. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement.

Need to correct an address? Email orders@seeravie.com within 2 hours of ordering and we'll almost always catch it before dispatch. Once a label is printed we can't reroute the parcel, but we will help you file a carrier request.

If tracking says delivered and the parcel isn't there, check with neighbours and your building office first, then contact us within 7 days — we'll open a carrier claim and reship at no cost to you where the claim is upheld.

Photograph the outer box and the belt and send the images to support@seeravie.com within 48 hours of delivery. Transit damage is replaced outright — no return shipping required.

Applicable US state sales tax is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. All prices on this site are in US dollars (USD). There are no import duties on domestic orders.
